How long does the test take?
The Ridesharing certification has 5 review modules and 5 tests, which should take you 30 minutes.

What if I miss any questions?
You can miss 2 to 4 questions per test and still pass. If you miss more, then you’ll need to retake.

Do I have to pay the fee to retake a test?
No.

Do I pay extra for different certifications?
Yes. You can test for other certifications.

No refunds after you’ve received your certification.
